Photography Disclaimer – 108 Heritage Site

By visiting the 108 Heritage Site, you acknowledge and agree that photos taken on the property—whether by staff, volunteers, or visitors—may be used by the 108 Heritage Site for promotional and historical purposes. This includes use in print materials, on our website, social media, and other communications related to the site.

By taking photographs on the grounds, you grant the 108 Heritage Site the non-exclusive right to use and share those images, including those in which individuals may be recognizable, unless you notify us in writing of your preference not to be featured.
