100 Mile House & District Historical Society Directors Meeting Minutes

Dear Members,

Please find attached the Agenda for our upcoming Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors Call for Nominations document, and the minutes from our previous AGM for your review.

The Annual General Meeting of the 100 Mile House & District Historical Society will be held on:

Saturday, March 21 at 1:00 PM
108 Community Centre

We currently have five (5) Director positions open and encourage members to consider putting their names forward.

Please note:

• Nominators and nominees must be members in good standing of the 100 Mile House & District Historical Society for a minimum of 30 days prior to the AGM.
• Nominees are expected to attend the AGM for election or acclamation unless attendance has been formally waived by the Board.
